Copiata\/plagiata probabil din <b>&#8222;Fiat justitia ruat caelum&#8221;<\/b> ( Sa se faca dreptate chiar de s-ar prabusi cerul ) regasita la comediantul Romei antice&nbsp; Publius Terentius Afer (195\/185\u2013159 E.N.).&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>Terentius probabil a copiat-o de la Seneca. In cartea De Ira ( Despre Furie, Cartea I, Capitoul XVIII) Seneca povesteste cum guvernatorul roman Gnaeus Piso s-a infuriat cand un soldat s-a intors dintr-o permisie fara prietenul sau cu care plecase , suspectandu-l pe acesta ca l-ar fi asasinat. Judecata sumara, nervi multi si imediat condamnare la moarte. A se pune in aplicare imediat. In timp ce condamnatul isi pune capul sub sabia calaului, disparutul apare. Intarziase. Centurionul opreste executia dar apare guvernatorul care ordona continuarea executiei deoarece un verdict fusese deja dat. Justitia isi spuses<span style=\"font-size: small;\">e cuvantul.<\/span> Mai mult, a ordonat si executarea centurionului care a oprit initial executia deoarece nu a dus la implinire ordinele date. Ca sa fie insa satisfacut a ord<span style=\"font-size: small;\">o<\/span>nat si omorarea intarziatului deoarece actiunile lui au dus la omorarea a doi oameni nevinovati. Si atunci a simtit Guvernatorul ca s-a facut dreptate.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Oare de cite ori pe zi aceeasi mentalitate absurda condamna oameni nevinovati in apararea unei justitii intangibile.
