\nAu trecut 1900 de ani de c\u00e2nd Tacit ne-a avertizat : Ut olim vitiis, sic nunc legibus laboramus<\/b>.
\n( Odinioar\u0103 am suferit de pe urma viciilor noastre, ast\u0103zi suferim din cauza legilor noastre)<\/p>\n

V\u0103d tot mai des perpetu\u00e2ndu-se idea gre\u0219it\u0103 c\u0103 nu avem cadru legislativ<\/i>, legi bine f\u0103cute<\/i> sau adaptate<\/i>. Total gre\u0219it din punctul meu de vedere. Discut\u00e2nd ( de-a lungul \u0219i latul anilor) diverse spete, am g\u0103sit o legisla\u021bie bun\u0103, complet\u0103 \u0219i… ne aplicat\u0103. Poate un pic prea stufoas\u0103. Tot Tacit (in Analele III) ne-a avertizat: Cu c\u00e2t statul este mai corupt, cu at\u00e2t va emite mai multe leg<\/i>i.<\/i><\/b> Existenta legilor nu are valoarea c\u00e2t timp cei care ar trebui s\u0103 impun\u0103 respectarea acestora sunt indiferen\u021bi ( \u00een cel mai bun caz) fat\u0103 de acestea.<\/p>\n

It has been 1900 years since Tacit has warned us: Ut olim vitiis, sic nunc legibus laboramus<\/i>.
\n(We have suffered from our vices today, today we suffer because of our laws)<\/p>\n

I see more and more perpetuating the wrong idea that we do not have a legislative framework, well-made or adapted laws. Totally wrong from my point of view. Discussing (over the years) various issues, I have found good, complete legislation and … not used. Tacit (in Annals III) warned us: The more corrupt the state, the more it will issue laws<\/i>. The existence of laws has no value as long as those who should enforce compliance are indifferent (at best) to them.<\/p>\n

That reminds me of a popular joke.<\/p>\n

– I do not know, we did not learned to read yet! <\/i><\/p>\n
